The Gift

I guess this was ground zero for most of us Cloud lovers! I remember it like it was yesterday.....when I went to see "Purple Rain" for the first time. I had been a Prince fan from his early days so I was pretty excited about seeing this movie! I had seen the "Let's Go Crazy" video but I was still unaware of the Cloud guitar's existence. The first time it appears was in the scene at the mall where the White Cloud is hanging in the window and Apollonia asks "The Kid" if he sees something he likes? Later in the movie he receives the White Cloud guitar as a gift from her and the rest is history!
