Prince style cloud guitar made in my shop over a 2 year span. It's not an exact copy, but is nothing short of amazing nonetheless. This guitar is gorgeous and the pictures just don't do it justice. The body was carved out of African mahogany using hand tools and my router.
The prefabricated neck is glued-in, and the blank headstock was hand shaped it to resemble those Schecter Cloud guitars that you may have around the internet - I personally like that shape better. All gold hardware, Kent Armstrong high output, passive pickups which are painted to match the rest of the guitar. There are some tooling in some areas of the guitar, and a couple of tiny paint chips on the neck pickup - there is also some minor finish wear along the fret board edge from buffing - please reference the pictures carefully. Keep in mind that this is a predominantly hand crafted instrument and not a factory perfect CNC-produced guitar.
25 1/2" Maple neck / Maple Fret board / Medium Jumbo Frets
Custom carved Mahogany Body
Gold Wrap Around Bridge
3 way toggle switch
Kent Armstrong High Output Humbucker (Bridge),
Kent Armstrong Stacked Neck Pickup (mounted from the rear, height not adjustable)
Custom made Leopard Strap (Faux Fur)
Almond Enamel Finish - wet sanded and buff to high gloss.
Custom made rear cover plates

Just found this site that seems to be building a few clouds! I don't know a lot about it yet but when I do I'll pass along what ever information I get!

Damn that's nice! I hate to say it but this blue cloud bass is spoken for! Jesse O'Neal just has to finish up the wiring and it will be finished! Great job as always Jesse....Your clouds are just perfection!

Oh man I've been waiting on this bad-ass bass and Reithen Satire Curtis delivered! He did such a great job from the digifuwil truss rod cover to the airbrushed eye and gold symbol as well as the pinstripe on the back! So many little touches that makes this bass so special! He even got the very cool white fury strap to go along with it.....I have no words! Thank you again man for letting this bass join his bruthas and sistas!
