The Dynamic Duo!

The Instrument Room

Not quite sure how to feel about this group of photos but they are supposedly taken in the "instrument room" inside Paisley Park. The guitar books that were released from PP last year mentioned this room many times. I don't know by who or why these pics were released but it seem kind of cool and sad at the same time. Only one cloud can be seen and that's the rave blue cloud that he retired on the Las Vegas DVD and as far as I know it was the last time it was ever used. You can see lot's of his guitars like the Model C, Gold symbol and a few Hohners and you can even see the Purple Gus case on the floor. I can only assume that these were taken after his passing but I have know way of verifying that.

*I see the original cloud hanging on the wall...thank you for pointing it out BookPodder!

10 and Counting!

Rick In A Funk Tornado!

Rick Knight surrounded by some funky strings! Trying to balance all that purple music!!!!

The Collection

Wow....this collection is getting out of control but I love it! I purchased white cloud by Schecter back in 2000 and I guess I couldn't stop! The latest is the Blue Angel built by Jesse O'Neal which is an amazing Peice of art! Not done yet though, there are two more pieces to this puzzle before I'm satisfied and you cloud lovers know which ones I'm talking about!  Maybe 3?

Little Eva Getting Funky!

Prince Oz's adorable little girl Eva (growing  up fast) in the middle of a few really cool guitars!

The Purple Trinity!

They say 3 is the magic number and I was lucky enough to get a hold of a white symbol guitar from Ganimast Guitars to complete this awesome set! I don't plan on collecting symbols but this was to good to pass up! I have two more clouds in the works at the moment....Shhhhh!

Rick Marcel Funkin With The Rave Blue Cloud!

I just stumled onto Rick's video and he sounds pretty funky on that rave blue cloud and it looks like he has a few clouds laying around! Always glad to see the clouds in action! Awesome Mr. Marcel!

The Art Of Troy Gua

Seriously....how amazing are these figures of Prince? Troy Gua has captured his face exactly....he's a true artist! More amazing than his likeness of prince is all the detail in the clothes and guitars right down to the opalescent paint on the white cloud! I've seen a few other Prince figures over the years but this is by far the best I've seen! His reproduction of the Hohner guitar is as amazing as the cloud! I'm sure this won't be the last we see of his artwork.....I can't wait to see what Price era he does next but for now let's all enjoy these! There is a link to his website below....go and check it out when you have a chance! Great job Troy!

Last Cloud Sighting?

The Superbowl promo commercial is one of the last known sightings of the cloud guitar but as we all know he ended up using the symbol guitar the Hohner and the Fender.....almost everything but the cloud! Why Prince Why?

A New Addition!

No it's not another Cloud.....It's the Hohner HTA490 reproduction of the Prinz Telecaster that I've been waiting on for months! I hope in time I will get another Cloud but until then I'm more than content with these two beauties!

Here is a link where I purchased the Hohner if your interested....it's a great collectible to have for only $800.00!
